Thankfulness on Thanksgiving

Thank you Lord

for people who love me

and are patient with me,

for people who demonstrate your faithfulness

and your kindness,

for your everlasting presence

through good times and bad,

for your grace, mercy and love

that is always there.

When my eyes are blind

and I forget to look,

you still right there

with my name upon your hand,

loving me and

comforting me.

When things go wrong

and I feel lost,

I am not alone for

you are there beside me.

Thank you for giving me

Hope,

a Future,

and most importantly,

yourself!
